Stomp FEST 2015, Friday, April 17, 2015

The Stomp Fest is a step show put on for the students by the students to proudly display the traditions of the black culture.  The main focus of this show is to raise the level of consciousness of all students in relation to the Black culture, promote National Pan-Hellenic traditional values, and unify the entire Toledo community through entertainment. We also would like to raise thousands of dollars to support Rockethon which is a philanthropy event for children suffering from cancer.  We are expecting close to 2,000 people to attend this show and all proceeds will act as a fundraiser to preserve this event and support Rockethon.  The theme this year for our event is #FlashbackFriday, where each Black Greek Letter Organization participating will act out their interpretation of a flashback. Each performance will consist of a variation of formation, steps, and videos to portray the theme.  For example, one scene will be based off of a classic movie in the black culture and the members may act out the main characters and or scenes.
